The Collector is part of Liberty of London's Private View Collection for Autumn/Winter 2020. A soft blue background highlights "a curation of the bizarre and the unusual," in homage to the fondness of collecting by Liberty's founder, Arthur Lasenby. Assorted treasures are under each cloche, making this fabric truly special.
Unlike standard quilting weight cotton, tana lawn cotton feels like silk. Machine washable, this fabric is very soft, and while it can be sewn into projects alongside cotton from quilt shops, it is not standard quilting cotton weight.
