First printed in 1883 by William Morris as a furnishing fabric, this Art Nouveau design of a bird stealing fruit quickly became a favorite and is now a part of Liberty's Classic Collection.  This "Spring" colorway features various shades of gray and blue on a white background with strawberries in red.
Unlike standard quilting weight cotton, tana lawn cotton feels like silk.  Machine washable, this fabric is very soft, and while it can be sewn into projects alongside cotton from quilt shops, it is not standard quilting cotton weight.
